Before working with Choovie Group, My NRMA did have a movie offer; however, the movie offer was limited to the ability to purchase discount movie vouchers from Event Cinemas. As My NRMA has a significant membership base outside the urban centres, many members could not take advantage of this benefit. Hence, the provision of a benefit became the source of many customer complaints.
Adding Choovie Group’s Movie Rewards product to their movie program meant adding an independent cinema in every major town and rural area to the program. As a result, all NRMA members can now take advantage of their movie benefits.
