The benefits of cinema for the well-being are not often discussed but have been extensively studied. The link between movie attendance and increasing well-being is clear (see study by UCL’s Department of Experimental Psychology and Vue Entertainment). These benefits and the marketability of a good movie program led to AIA’s desire to create the best movie reward program in Australia.
To achieve this, AIA needed a highly customisable platform that allowed them to subsidise tickets within their chosen constraints heavily and which could nest within their Vitality app. Choovie’s MyBrand Movies was the only platform that could accommodate their requirements.
The result is that AIA members now enjoy six $11.50 Adult, $22 Lux or $9.00 child tickets at any HOYTS cinema every month via HOYTS Cinema Benefit, and AIA have succeeded in launching the best movie rewards program in Australia.
