Origin has a long-standing rewards program that it was seeking to augment with a benefit that had a whole-of-data-base appeal and provided synergies with their current offers. That meant that the chosen reward needed to be relevant across demographics and locations, be Origin branded, available year-round, and provide exciting customer engagement opportunities.
