TeamKids delivers premium outside-school-hours care (OSHC) through qualified and inspired team members and outstanding relationships with Schools and Families. Every day, TeamKids delivers OSHC services to over 5,000 children.

One extremely popular part of the TeamKids Holiday Program is their “movie day”. Held at each school once every holiday period, the movie day involves taking all the children (usually by bus) to a local cinema to enjoy a movie and snacks.

With over 40k children every school holiday period, movie day is extremely popular. However, it was an administrative nightmare for TeamKids staff. Aligning the schools with a cinema, making and managing bookings, managing last-minute issues, and invoicing took a lot of staffing time and effort and caused considerable stress for all those involved.
