Before working with Choovie Group, the Toyota Go loyalty program largely revolved around fuel discounts and car-servicing options, each very important to vehicle owners but not the type of rewards that enger too much excitement. The Toyota Go team wanted to add a reward that spiced up the program, catered to everyone - from families to singles to seniors - and could provide engaging promotional opportunities and regular, exciting EDM and social content. It was also important that the reward be digital and boost Toyota’s brand recognition

Our MyBrand Movies product was the ideal fit. A bespoke Toyota movie portal launched from within the Toyota Go app provided a smooth, fully branded user journey, as did our Movie Messenger movie marketing and communications service. To top it off, our ability to run digital, movie-based competitions and promotions allowed Toyota to engage and reward customers frustrated by COVID-induced delays in delivering their new vehicles.

Even with consistently high fuel prices driving demand for their petrol discount reward, Toyota Go Movies has, on many occasions, been Toyota’s highest-performing reward.
